Josephine Restaurant opened the Tagaytay in the year 1995. It is distinguished as a buffet restaurant with a very welcoming ambiance, simple decor, spacious room, comfortable atmosphere, and excellent service. 

It is widespread and special among locals and foreign tourists with its satisfying variety of food using the freshest ingredients and following the right traditional recipes.

On their menu, they serve pulao soup, grilled chicken breast, beef steak with mushroom sauce, savory fish fillet, and fried shrimp in soy sauce. They also have Champorado at Tuyo, Congee, Potato Marble, Tawilis, IMUS LONGANISA), Hawaiian Ham, Hotdog, Pork Tocino, Pancit Bihon Guisado, Garlic Rice, Salted Egg & Tomato, and other Native Delicacies.
