This is a local cafe offering coffee, food, and views of Taal hills and lake. Entry to the cafe snakes its way down from the main road and opens into the main dining hall. The best way to start the day is a breakfast at Charito. Easy to find, just off the main highway in Tagaytay. The view of the Taal Lake is gorgeous from this restaurant. Staff are welcoming though its kinda difficult to get their attention if we needed them as we were seated at the corner facing the lake.
